Rates :

PERIOD A

From December 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.

700 Euros/week and 125 Euros per additional night - Minimum 7 nights -.

Additional charges include 50 Euros for the houshold cleaning prior to departure.

You can rent one room for 300euros/week if you accept to share the rental with other people.

PERIOD B

Months of July and August 2009

1100 Euros/week . stAdditional charges include 50 Euros for the household cleaning prior to departure and the electrical consumption (individual meters per apartment) incurred during your ay.

A guarantee of 1000 Euros is required upon taking delivery of the apartment.

This guarantee will be refunded prior to your departure once a complete inspection of the premises has been conducted and no material damages found.

Any defects found must be corrected - at cost - and a deduction made from the guarantee.
 

PERIOD C

From September 1st to November 30th.

800euros/week
