Possibilité de louer une chambre à 300euros/semaine à condition d'accepter la colocation

Juillet 2010: 1100 Euros/ semaine 

Août 2010: 4500euros , pour le mois  entier seulement

+ 50 Euros pour ménage final

+  Votre consommation d'électricité

 

 

PERIODE C

Septembre, Octobre, Novembre:

800euros/semaine

+50euros pour le ménage final

+Votre consommation d'électricité

 

Une caution de 1000euros vous sera demandée à votre arrivée et vous sera restituée le jour de votre départ après la visite de l'état des lieux.

Beautifully furnished apartment, approximately 130 m2 (1200 Sq.Ft), very bright and luminous, located on the 6th floor of a brand new 18 floor building.

Equipped with three elevators including a special shabat elevator and an electronic security system giving access to the building and the parking garage.

 

This apartment has three bedrooms:

1 spacious Master bedroom ensuite with a walk-in dressing and full bathroom - 2 people -, 

1 regular bedroom for 2 people

1 single bedroom.

 A second full bathroom completes this ensemble which offers also a washing and drying machine on the premises.

A large Living room, dining room and a full kitchen complement this apartment which is further enhanced by a tastely arranged balcony overlooking the marina and the seaside.

Electrical blinds throughout the apartment provide shade and intimacy and a climate controlled environment with a central air conditionning system.

Parking space is accessible via remote control (provided).

 

Rates :

PERIOD A

From December 1 to June 30, 2010.

700 Euros/week and 125 Euros per additional night - Minimum 7 nights -.

Additional charges include 50 Euros for the houshold cleaning prior to departure.

 

PERIOD B

Months of July and August 2010

1100 Euros/week . Additional charges include 50 Euros for the household cleaning prior to departure and the electrical consumption (individual meters per apartment) incurred during your stay.

A guarantee of 1000 Euros is required upon taking delivery of the apartment.

This guarantee will be refunded prior to your departure once a complete inspection of the premises has been conducted and no material damages found.

Any defects found must be corrected - at cost - and a deduction made from the guarantee.
 

PERIOD C

From September 1st to November 30th.

800euros/week

Additional charges include 50 Euros for the household cleaning prior to departure and the electrical consumption (individual meters per apartment) incurred during your stay.

To confirm your reservation, you have to send me a deposit of 1000euros by check ordered to:  ( Name of the owner) to the following adress:

On your arrival, you'll pay the total rent:  XX.00euros+50euros for the cleaning upon departure .
Your check will serve as a deposit chek and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is okay in the apartment and having paid the electricity charges.
We will mark the display counter on the day of arrival and before departure.
The difference will be multiplied by 0.60shekels.
