(same as Hollywood Beach ) in Florida, close to the Aventura Mall and the sea. SEA AIR TOWERS RESIDENCY.

5th floor next to the Westin Diplomat Hotel. 
The address is 3725 S ocean drive, Hollywood, Florida 33019.

The building is on the ocean, 15th floor and the beach is on the first floor.

The condo has internet, valet parking, all the amenities, security, beautiful location and the beach.
Smokers are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment but they can smoke in the balcony.
The parking is free and for one car.
No pets allowed.
I can rent minimum per month.  

 

The rent per month is U$S 2.400.

We can rent it from may to October.

starting november it cost U$S 2.600 per month.
